"This location is close to the home base for my job, so I’ve visited quite a few times over the years. I order through the app 99% of the time, so I go in, grab my bag, and be on my way. Food is usually hot, fresh, and doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting. Today I ran into my first issue that actually required some customer service and was pretty disappointed with the outcome. I ordered through the app, went into the drive through, got my bag, and left. I drove to a job site and finally decided to eat before getting started. Saw it wasn’t my order and was considerably less than I had ordered. Not a big deal. I ate the small fry and 4 piece McNugget they had given me despite my order being a large fry and two McDoubles. End of the day, I decided to go back inside and just see if they’d give me at least another small fry and a McDouble as compensation for the mix up earlier in the day. I ask the guy at the counter after explaining what happened and he shrugs his shoulders and tells me he doesn’t know. I wasn’t being rude, mean, even annoyed. I was definitely still in work mode and being just as polite as I am towards the clients I work with. I suggest asking a manger and he says okay and walks off to someone who was by the fry station. They’re talking for a second and they go further back to where I can’t see them anymore. They both come back to the front about two minutes later and immediately talk/address someone who knew the clerk I originally spoke with. Again, not a big deal. I wait and nothing. The associate wouldn’t even look at me anymore. So either he never even went to the manager to see if they could just give me the food I ordered or the management said no. Regardless, they could have at least told me the answer. Service gets a fat 0. I don’t think a bad review is worth the dollar or two they would have loss by making things square with me."

"This is the second time that this McDonald's has left out items from DELIVERY HOW CAN MISS 1 OF 5 ITEMS IN THE MORNING ORDERED TWO BAGEL SANDWICHES ONLY....I BLAME THE STORE MANAGER FOR THIS ISSUE NOT SURE WHY THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE IS PERFECT. HOW DO YOU MISS A BAGEL SANDWICH. YOU SEALED THE BAG UP SAYING EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG FOR DELIVERY. NEXT TIME LEGAL ACTION. THAT MAY GET YOUR ATTENTION TO FOR FALSE ADVERTISING....THIS BE HEADING MCDONALD'S CORPORATION AND OR THE OWNER OF THIS STORE."

"This store has recently been remodeled but I feel that the reno has made the atmosphere feel cold, impersonal and a bit more unfriendly. The concrete tiles walls and darker colors give it an industrial look but felt cold to me. The entire kitchen is now hidden from you and there is only 1 register to serve guests that don't know how to use or can't use the kiosks. There is an entire bank of kiosks now that also lend to the cold and impersonal feel since they don't smile or greet you like staff normally would. The kiosks were not stocked with table tents, so when I selected the option to dine in, I was supposed to grab a table tent and enter the number so staff could deliver the food. A staff member told me to input a random number to complete the order. I sat for over 5 minutes with no food delivery before I noticed the large cut out in the wall where orders were being left once prepped from the kitchen. I walked over to it and saw my order In a to go bag, no biggie so I grabbed it and sat down to eat. The drink was incorrect and I had to go back up to the counter and wait in line to get it fixed since the Fountain drinks are no longer in the lobby and the kitchen staff now prepare all drinks. After waiting for a new drink, the fries got cold, which was sad since I go there for the hot fries and perfect sodas. Very disappointed. Are the drinks refillable?"
