"Pretty disappointed in the people this chipotle hires. Walked in about 9:15ish and was ignored for a solid 3 minutes with no other customers in line while there was at least 5 workers standing there it seemed like purposely not helping us. One guy who was on the taller side was making his own personal burrito and was just throwing around his food, next to our food as a worker was making ours, they were being pretty vocal talking about it. After we were finally helped a few other customers come in and an employee calls for “Calvin” to come help him and then I hear Calvin audibly say “Damn why can’t we just close the door already.” “Who comes to eat at 9 o clock” among other things that truthfully should not be said out loud in front of customers ON PURPOSE. Where’s the manager?? Any adult on duty?? Not to mention the location was absolutely disgusting with trash everywhere and just overall not appealing. Do better."

"On 1/13/2024 about 6:30pm Waited in long.line, ordered a bowl. Got to checkout and was told they were out.of chips. My wife said they should post a sign so we could make an informed decision. "We are not allowed to make sign. We're told it "discourages guests"." To withhold information so we can not make an informed decision to ensure a sale is unethical. We purchased a steak bowl and safritas bowl. Had we known there were no chips we would have purchased a burrito instead. Deception to make the sale was more important for this store than honest disclosure. Please discipline the store management for this deceptive policy."

"We were reluctant to try this location because of such a low star but went anyway. Food was good. The guys behind the counter were fast and good portion size. Only complaint was they were alittle messy and food was on the sides of our containers. The cashier lady was very rude and messed 3 out 6 of our orders and over charged us. I couldn’t see what she did till after I paid and got the receipt. But there was no way I was going back to that lady. The drink machine I think was out of everything. So everybody kept dumping out their ice and the floor had all kinds of liquid all over it. We just ended up getting water even though we paid for drinks. It was way too dirty to eat inside so went to the patio and it was just as dirty and so we left. The problem was eating with four kids in a car."

"Chipotle has a standard that makes me continue to return, however this location is a hit or a miss. Sometimes I receive the chips I ordered, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I receive the side tortilla I paid for, sometimes I don’t. Today, I was excited to see both bags of chips and a tortilla in my bag. When I pulled the tortilla out, it was not rolled up like it normally is, but folded into a loose cold square. I opened it up to see 3/4 of a ripped and cold tortilla. Threw it away just because it looked like someone had been snackin on it. When I opened my bowl, there was a big chunk of not the freshest lettuce sitting on top. Looking on the bright side, I set it aside and opened my bag of chips; they were stale. Too many times have I had to contact “Pepper,” the customer support chat. Get it together. Serve fresh food. Please. Your dishes are not cheap, and I live a mile and a half/ five minutes away, I shouldn’t have cool food when I get home. My only positive is that the team members are usually very friendly."

"We had a bad experience at another Chipotle restaurant, but decided to give it another try after seeing a bunch of commercials. The girl that prepared our meals were attentive and helpful, but the cashier was blunt and not so friendly. We noticed it was just us. The food on the other hand had a lot of flavor, but the chips had so much salt on them. We had to throw the majority of chips away. The restrooms were dirty, tables weren’t being cleaned off and drink dispensers were mostly out of order. I did notice the employees behind the scenes working hard preparing the fresh cut ingredients and cooking the meats."
