Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Training is needed at this location. My burrito was overloaded with rice and barely any meat. The steak had a lot of fat, which I haven't experienced at Chipotle before. 3 green pepper sauce bottles were empty at the self serve counter and the food line wait was unusually long. The staff were friendly and apologized for the wait, but training could help improve the food and timeliness of service."

"This restaurant was VERY VERY VERY FILTHY. Not sure what's going on but I did not feel good about the disheveled food on the serving line; food was everywhere. I could not eat my food because I was wondering what the back kitchen must look like if the front serving line was nasty like this. The dining area was not clean the soda machine had little bugs flying under the nozzles. The health department need to pay this 4th Street location a VISIT ASAP before someone becomes very ill. Dirty dining at its best."

"It’s reliable and yummy Chipotle and the service is good as well…. But the exterior lights and signs have been off for literally 3 years. If you don’t know it’s there you will drive past it. And the outside area is useless after the sunsets."

"Ordered pickup. Have done this many times at many different Chipotle locations before. I saw my order on the rack. I am aware that some locations have the order rack behind the counter and you must talk to an employee. Others have the rack out in the seating area, such is the case here. I stood there by the rack and did not get acknowledged, so I took my order. A rude old woman snatched the bag away from me and said I could be some thief off the street. I am a well dressed clean cut professional, not a homeless person from the nearby encampments. She then asked me to confirm the order… by reading my largely printed name on the bag. This accomplished nothing aside from causing a scene, as a thief could have just read the name off the bag. This employee seemed to be having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone. Absolute joke, worst customer service I have ever seen at a Chipotle."
