"My visits to CAVA at your Sarasota and Birmingham location the food and service was excellent. Your Dale Mabry location needs work. The server Lisette is awful. Her attitude was not very pleasant especially when you ask for an extra item. I don't mind paying extra for anything at CAVA but what annoys me is her attitude after I agree to pay extra. I was thinking is she mad because I agreed to pay extra. Customer service is key to keep customers returning. I think she may need more training and at least looking like she enjoys her job."

"I just want to start by saying that I LOVE CAVA but this was my first time at this location. I came at 11:00 am and the doors were still locked. After they opened the doors, I then proceeded to order and received much smaller portions than I normally get at other locations (the reason why I love CAVA is because they’re ALWAYS very generous with their portions). You can’t tell from the picture but I only got one squirt of sauce on my bowl. Not impressed with the service."

"Not going to waste a lot of time. Puny portions with tiny utensils in a regular size bowl for $12 with no drink. My bowl was half empty when they served me. The help did not want to be there, you see it in their body language and attitude. The dressing size when I got home was enough for 1/3 of my 1/2 salad, stingy as hell. Wasted time, wasted money for a sad and pitiful salad...lesson learned."
