"The cashier was nice, very personable. Asked me how I was doing and asked me about my plans for the Holidays. Loved the conversation but the food was absolutely disgusting. I got a tropichop bowl and my rice was slimy ad not cooked all the way. It made my stomach hurt and I was literally going to the bathroom non stop. Great customer service, Horrible food. Even the plantains tasted like they had been sitting there for days. It wasn't fresh at all."

"Whoever was taking order through drive thru today 10/26/23 around lunch time. Needs more training. He argued with me and acted like I am dumb for try to order the family meal with 2 sides and he said there’s only the original family meal and where am I reading this?? I told him it’s literally on the menu in front of me. I asked for only white meat and he said that can’t be done, and I told him yes it can with an extra charge because I ordered multiple times before. I come to pollo almost 4 times a week and get the same thing. I asked for the family meal. Did not get my beans. I asked for no dressing on the salad, they included the dressing and some dirt (see picture). Looks like they don’t wash their lettuce or vegetables in general. I asked for the hot sauce he assumed I said rum sauce and tried to argue with me when I told him I meant hot sauce. Very disappointed by my visit today."

"YUM! Clean location, polite employees & great value for what you pay for! Visited during lunch and loved our food. For fast food we love the chicken. 1/2 chicken with 2 sides is filing. Mango tea was refreshing. Use the app for rewards! I would recommend this spot and suggest you leave a review to help others decide. :)"
