"Have been here numerous times. We love the salad and chicken strips. Love the zucchini fries and we’re happy when they returned. Unfortunately they were excellent when they returned crispy and not greasy but now as before in time have become salty, soft and greasy. So disappointed! After reading this I hope the problem will be solved!"

"As a former employee, I believe that it’s important for customers to know what goes on behind the scenes as well as what you see as a guest. It was an amazing job and I’m still sad that I had to leave, truth is it just wasn’t fitting in with what I was pursuing in further education. However, it is a great job for anybody that is willing! The OD Douglas Atkins and his managerial team is absolutely amazing in giving the hospitality that the guests deserve as soon as they walk through the door or come through the drive thru. The food is amazing, and you can tell that it’s freshly prepared as soon as you order. If you have any questions about the menu they are eager to help, even with any allergies!! They really do care about your experience and furthermore enjoy the regulars that come! We have met some amazing people such as the guests and coworkers. Behind the scenes, we are always cleaning and always organizing to make sure everything goes smoothly and fast. I know that PDQ stands for “People Dedicated to Quality” but there’s a reason why so many people think it stands for “Pretty Darn Quick”!! I hope you enjoy your next visit here and my personal suggestions on sauce is Creamy Garlic, it’s PERFECT!"

"As someone who lives in Michigan I'm going to miss PDQ. The chicken is very fresh and made to order. My Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Crispy Tenders were hot, tender and juicy. The Waffle Fries were nicely salted and crispy on the outside, tender inside. Their homemade sauces are fantastic. Employees were all extremely friendly and attentive. Food was ready rather quickly too! I enjoyed everything so much I went back up and ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich...incredible!"
