"Every time I go to this Mcdonads their Latte machine is down… My money says it is simply due to crew not wanting to clean the machine. The staff here also needs a lesson in manners… they work in the service industry and represent a global brand, and yet they act like they never made it past Jr. High! Definitely need a corporate trainer to come visit, train people skills, and see why the latte machine never works."

"Most of the time the food and service is somewhat decent but one thing I've noticed that every location has in common is nobody knows how to make a good vanilla cone anymore. Literally every location's ice cream cone has looked like a limp noodle. I'm hoping McDonald's leadership will make this better..."

"I feel like nobody is even working here!! The line of cars moves one car every 5 minutes, it’s not busy. I work in the industry and this is just flat out unacceptable! No explanation. no apology. No care and ontop of that-all they were able to make were chicken nuggets? How do you run out everything but nuggets? What an all around awful experience. Whoever manages/ runs this store should be fired along with the staff! Can I have the 25 minutes of my life back I wasted sitting in the drive through! Do yourself a favor and never EVER visit this McDonald’s."

"Fries were cold and awful. Height of lunch and cold fries! They replaced them with fresh out of the grease fries. Then the Big Mac... was not even warm and kind of dry. Needed more sauce or juicier meat... something. I just ate most of it, threw the rest away and called it a day. This is pretty common at all the McDonald's I visit. Food prices keep going up and the quality of the food they serve keeps going down. Very disappointing. And... the older lady working the register was grumpy. Definitely could have tried to be a bit more friendly."

"Had a mobile order that part of it didn't get on the order. When I inquired about it at the pick up window, i was informed that it didnt make it on the order and the was told me I had to go back through the drive through and reorder it because they were busy, instead of taking the add on and asking me to wait in the pick up line. There were several cars behind me, so I pulled up to a curbside spot and reordered the meal. When we got the meal, they forgot to bring the drink. I had to then get out of my car and go inside to get it. There was no one at the order counter for quite some time. I then spoke to the lady who had brought out the food and asked about the drink. She responded that "they didn't tell me that". She then got a cup and gave it to me and I had to get my own drink from the fountain. The back area did look very chaotic. I think the customer service area appeared very disorganized and needs some education on how to better the customer service so as not to put the burden on the customer, even if it is a result of the customer's error."
