"Would have given 5 stars if they gave us a right booth to accommodate a group of 6.Booth was available and still made us to sit in a cramped table lacks basic sense. Food portions were good,ambience is well kept. Bit pricey but still on par,service was quick,They can improve."

"Walking in to the restaurant, makes you want to turn around and walk out. Not a very friendly greeting from the host. The waitress Valeria was very pleasant and accommodating, she kept apologizing about everything that was wrong. The food arrived and it was an instant disappointment. You will see in the pictures how old dry and cold things were. The steak was so hard that after few minutes trying to chew it,I decided to spit it out. When we made a comment about the food, Armando the manager let us know that he was aware of all of it. Very surprising, because why do you choose to serve poor quality food? In my personal opinion. "The combination of good food and service makes this an easy choice to come back to. If you're looking for a quick dine I couldn't give you a reason not to come through. The salsa and chips are actually pretty good themselves!"

"Solid Mexican spot with a nice bar area and booth seating. Decent tequila prices although their menu needs to be updated as many bottles were not priced out. Get the Queso Fondido as an app. Serina behind the bar was very nice."

"Arrived, with reservation and was seated immediately. Service is always good here so it was not long before I had a drink, water and chips and salsa (always tasty)! Order the Hacienda Platter, as I was wanting a cheese chile relleno, and that is about the only way to get one... the rest of the combo looked good too. Food arrived, and the Chile Relleno was HOT HOT HOT... just out of the fryer obviously, YUM! But.... apparently everything else had sat on the plates waiting for the relleno... as everything else was barely warm. Even the plates... barely warm, and normally they warn you the plates are hot. Not this time! Everything was still good... but I just prefer my food hot. Tamale was tasty... the chicken enchilada in poblano sauce, a little bland but good. The empanada was nice, but would have been much better steaming hot. The small salad with pico was good, the smidgeon of gaucamole was nice, just not enough (maybe a teaspoon full?) Warm refried beans... good (better hot)... and the rice was ok. Hate saying anything negative but just telling it like it was. Could I have complained? Yes... but they probably would have just nuked the stuff, and that is not my preference. And this is the first time I have had this happen... even the takeout I have done was always hot. They were not that busy so that is not an excuse. I'll be back... still the best Mexican food I have found in Tampa."
