"Burger was neatly made and fresh, fries were hot and tasty. The whole reason I wanted to write a review though is the staff was extremely friendly and I appreciate that."

"First off, I have been to many Wendys all over the state and none even come close to this location. I have come here about 10 times since moving to Sarasota last month. The food is always on point, hot, cooked to perfection and tasting delicious. The service is top notch, I have received better service here than at most sit down restaurants. Shout out to Todd who was friendly, provided fast service, and had a great attitude. I can definitely recommend this location."

"Usually this location is on it with the food. Tonight, however, is not what I expected at all. I am not sure who is on shift but serving your customers uncooked meat is unacceptable. I ordered via Uber Eats and this is what I got. I will not be buying food at this location moving forward."

"This is the second time in the last 3 orders that it was wrong. When I had to come back this time? I had to wait in a long line to get the correct food. Yes, I did to keep the other order but it was nothing I would eat. I just wanted to correct order. The last time my order was messed up. I tried calling to let them know while I was missing something and I never got a answer so I never got replacement for that either."

"Went to the new location on Cortez Rd. It was really nice and super clean. The staff was friendly as well. I picked up my mobile order and everything was correct. We got a bunch of food that we wanted to try. The food was fresh and tasted good. Will be going back."
