"I really contemplated leaving a review as we have been a customer of this location for the last 12 years. We've come every Tuesday and up until the last two years things were always great. However, it has been so consistently bad for so long now that I finally felt compelled to share. Every time we eat here, the taco shells and chips are stale. Stale to the point of not being edible. We have had to ask for them to be replaced more times than I can count. The service is sub par, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired and the bathrooms are almost always disgusting. A few months ago we had had enough and started going to the Lutz location. The difference is unbelievable. I highly recommend going to that location if you can. They get it right on all fronts. We decided to give the Westchase location one last chance tonight and ordered takeout. Upon getting it home, not only were the taco shells stale but the bottoms were so soggy everything fell out of them. The chips were also stale and not edible. We ended up throwing the entire meal in the garbage. Such a disappointment and 100% our last straw with this place. I can remember the days when Tuesdays were packed- lines out the door. Now the place is dead. That should tell you everything. It's so unfortunate."

"I placed a mobile order for nachos and found not one but two hairs in my food. I tried to call this branch - not to get a refund- but to kindly let them know what happened and suggest that they wear hair nets. The associate working the phone hung up in my face multiple times. It was not until I *67 dialed the line was I able to speak to anyone. Upon explaining who I was and that I placed a mobile order the associate hung up on my face and won’t answer my calls since. Today’s date is 1/18/24 for reference. I hope management sees this and asks the female employees on schedule who was responsible for this terrible customer service. My last time ordering from this location and a shame since it’s so close to my place of employment."

"Second time to Tijuana Flats and its not what I remember. Everything from the service to the food even the cleanliness of dining room/bathroom all poor. Hard stale chips small soggy porition for burrito. #Still hungry wasted lunch break. Quite discouraging. Over all bad experience will not be recommending this location."

"I have been a regular patron of Tijuana Flats Westchase, and it has always been a convenient choice for my family and me. The proximity to our neighborhood and the fact that my daughter and her friends can ride their bikes here have made it a go-to spot for us. However, during my recent pickup order, I encountered a concerning issue that I would like to bring to your attention. While attempting to access the self-serve sauce bar, I noticed a few flies in the surrounding area. This initially raised some concerns, but when I inspected the sauce pumps, I became even more worried. I have attached pictures and a video to illustrate my point. The pumps appeared to be uncleaned for an extended period, and it seemed beyond the usual dirt accumulated from customer usage. This has made me question the overall cleanliness and hygiene practices of the establishment, including the kitchen and other areas. I understand that self-service areas can become dirty due to customer use, but the level of buildup I witnessed suggests a deeper issue that may require attention. I sincerely hope that this matter will be promptly addressed and remedied. Tijuana Flats Westchase has always been a reliable choice for our quick meals, and I believe that with proper attention to cleanliness, it can continue to provide a positive dining experience for all its customers. "Shrunken Chimichanga!! I was underwhelmed by the portion size. My meal was roughly $15 (before gratuity) for a steak chimi and a large soda. Otherwise, a nice lunch. The restaurant was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly, and the food was served quickly. I sat indoors, but there is a large patio with umbrella covered tables if you visit when the weather is nice."
