"I would love to come here and rate the food but I can't because after arriving around 745 and waiting in a line out the door for more than 30 minutes, I got the register only to be told there was no room for me and my family in the restaurant, and we could wait to see if a table opened up, but they were closing at 9 instead of 10 on a Friday night so we would've had hardly any time to even enjoy our food. Poor customer service, poor lobby management. They saw that huge line out the door and they could've sent someone out to advise that they were closing early and may not be able to seat everyone. Instead we waited half an hour for absolutely nothing."

"I enjoyed my visit very much. After being gone for almost 8 years from Florida it was nice to be able to go to a restaurant that my family enjoys. The service was wonderful and the sense of community with the other patrons was delightful. I'm glad that these locations are still available."

"I'm never really one to leave reviews, especially bad ones because I know what it's like to be part of the working class in all stages. This place is terrible, the entire establishment looks filthy; floors were wet and dirty; at least a dozen dirty tables with food still on them and the busser chit-chatting; dirty food counters that were ignored; THE WORST thing I saw was the fact that in the 20 minutes I was there the cashier/food prep never changed her gloves once (I was attentive to this because she didn't change her gloves when she walked up from the food counter and she didn't change them when she walked back after handling the cashier system and started serving food again) and she tended to many new customers. I will not be coming back here for a few years."

"Went on a random Wednesday night, and had an amazing experience. Everything was incredibly clean, and the (I think) manager asked multiple times if we wanted any specific pizza made. I’ll be honest, I’ve never seen a salad station look so fresh. Incredibly impressed & had an awesome time."
