"Never thought I’d be giving a Chick-fil-A a bad review. The sign clearly says they offer grilled or fried 30 piece nuggets, after asking for said grilled nuggets I’m told they only do them fried here. So I told the cashier AND the manager (cuz she turned around and asked what I was talking about) that it’s false advertisement and they should prolly fix that. The manager just turned around and ignored me. Then it took over 15 minutes and 3 people in front of me got their food before me, coincidence? I think not. Kierstyn (manager) doesn’t seem doesn’t seem to embody the same Chick-fil-A attitude as every other location I’ve been to. This place is tragically sad and should be ashamed to call themselves a Chick-fil-A."
