"GREAT cheesesteak, GREAT customer service! I was told to try the lemonade (which is a must have btw) however I declined. One of the very friendly staff members then offered me a little taste via a water cup, and I gotta say, that interaction was just so friendly and left a great impression! Absolutely will be coming back! Also, I had the choice between Chick-fil-A and Charley’s, and I was not disappointed!"
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waited more than 10 minutes just to order food with no one in front of me. The two staff members working had no urgency and no customer service skills. I finally order and they’re out of ketchup, a basic thing all food places should carry. I wait 15 more minutes for my food, I walk up to the counter to ask if my food is almost ready, the girl working there tells me she already called my number and someone took the food. I had been sitting 10 feet away waiting so I know for a fact she never called my number for my food. I showed her my receipt and told her I still haven’t gotten my food yet, she slowly goes to tell her coworker to tell him someone took my food. Instead of offering to make my food again they have a continuous conversation about how someone else took my food. At that point I’m tired of waiting and I just ask for a refund. No sorry no nothing. I would never come back here. I waited 30 minutes in total for food I never received. The worst experience."
"I love a stop at Charley's....but not today. A very dirty counter and restaurant. No iced tea available. Had to read back my receipt to get fries. Not a fan of this location."
"Stopped at the mall for a quick lunch. This place is delicious. Fries come with bacon also, I dont eat bacon. Lemonade is indeed fresh lemonade. SO GOOD‼"
