"I always enjoy Chick fil a. For the most part I would say the same for this location. I’ve been here twice in this week. I’m not sure what the deal was on my first round. The chicken seemed extra greasy for some reason. I know, it is fried chicken. But when you bite in and grease comes out it’s a little much. Not sure what the answer is on that. Enjoy Ed the shake very much. I personally think they have the best shakes- just wish they wouldn’t keep shrinking them."
"Trash. Garbage. Waited in line for 30 minutes in drive thru only to be denied breakfast at 10:30 am on the dot. I understand they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 am but they should do what most restaurants do which is have a cutoff point In the line where every car who comes in after that can’t get breakfast. Everyone who was in line by 10:30 should be able to get breakfast. It’s not my fault I got in line at 10 am and the workers were slow and taking their sweet old time for me to finally get up to order. But yeah don’t normally write reviews but trash/garbage. Worst customer service."
"We love Chick-fil-A. We always order ahead on the app. And we go on their busiest night, Friday. But probably 4 out of 5 times they forget something in our order. Most of the time it's the salad dressing. And other times it's the fruit cup we substituted the fries for. We now pull over after we leave the drive-thru to check our order. Just wish we didn't have to to do that. Update 12/29... They forgot a Fry."
"Their service sucks, they mixed the orders and missed half of it. Although they gave us the missed stuff, still poor service. The play area for kids is closed, which is disappointing. We prefer chick fil a to relax and eat while our kids play and enjoy."
"Pulled up to the drive thru and the people were really nice and had great customer service! And my icecream cone looked fire so I took a picture of the drive thru person with it and he was very proud of it. 10/10 experience and 10/10 icecream cone."
