"If you're from Chicago area this is a genuine taste of home. Nothing says Chicago like a Portillos beef dipped with peppers and smothers in mozzarella cheese. Its hard to find authentic food as good as back home but they've nailed it! Hotdogs gyros cheesy fries and dont forget the famous chocolate cake. I If you want not authentic Chicago meal with an incredible ambience Portillo's is the place to go! The staff is all friendly the restaurant is clean and well maintained the food is always hot and fresh I won't go anywhere else for my beef hands down best Chicago-style restaurant in Florida."

"Ordered through drive through. I live 7 minutes away. Ate some fries on the way home. They weren’t crispy like competitors. Sandwich bread was soggy when I got home. Struggling to find a reason to go back to pay $14 for a drive through sandwich. It’s a great location, so I’m sure it’s convenient for many. As a local, could recommend several other, better quality options than what I received tonight. A candidate review from a google local guide with more than 250 million views."

"Expensive! 8. Hamburger patty should be two Patty's for $8. The Small chocolate shake malt $4. Is very high for fake tasting ice cream the worst warm tasting machine shake ever. Go to Baskin Robbins for real ice cream shakes. Fries large $3.79 nothing spectacular the ones you make at home from a frozen bag for the same price but you get the whole bag. A bit high $$ for crinkle fries. Definitely over priced for fast food. Burger is edible just thin. Maxwell $6. gets the win grilled and tasty. Two people meal $31.00 this is a cafeteria style so would you rather go to a restaurant for normal food at the same price give or take another 10.00 but be served and have a full hot dinner over paying the same for counter service..... inside echos like a cafeteria, they need to add something to help that and maybe turn up the music we heard nothing sitting inside or outside. They do have outside tables. Overall clean 5 stars, bring your own paper plates lol or you eat on the paper your food is wrapped in with nothing for the fries and I don't think you want fries laying on the table. Maybe they can give a cardboard holder to dump fries in?"
