"Always enjoy eating at chipotle. The food was good as it has been my experience most of the time. The only slight negative was the seating. It felt like there were people right on you because of the way they had it laid out. Overall a very good place to eat"

Food is always fresh, cook is always bringing out new stuff for the line, all staff is friendly and helpful. New girl in training today is even awesome and worthy of commending for her time and effort in patience and kindness for each customer. Busy location but they move fast, friendly, fresh, awesome people. Inage and nicole and entire staff is awesome! Thank you guys so much, always!"

"Does not deserve any stars. I ordered on UberEats, I paid for double chicken and I received regular portion of chicken but they gave me double rice (which was soggy and mushy). There was also hair in my food!!! I got my money back this location is the worst that I ever been to of all of st Pete and Tampa"

"I was there Sun, 6/25/23. The absolute WORST restaurant I’ve visited in a very long time. Extremely rude employees. Employees know absolutely 0 about the food they’re serving. The one employee that did try to help seemed as if she didn’t want to be bothered with any questions. The counter and glass food window was filthy inc. a leftover bowl of food they must have let a customer taste test and didn’t even bother to clean up after the customer finished. Yes you got it, they had 4 employees behind the counter looking at that half eaten cup of food. Forget it, I ain’t wasting another second reviewing this disgusting restaurant. DO NOT GO HERE."

"I still cannot believe the experience I just had at this Chipotle.. I ordered a bowl on the app for pick-up. When I get home I realize that they gave me the wrong bowl for the 4th time in the last few months... I was so upset since I can't even eat the bowl I was given that I drove all the way back. I come in and express that I'm very annoyed with this happening so often, and they bring out the "manager"... this kid might be 22 years old and I don't think he has ever handled an angry customer correctly in his life. He tells me that they can't remake my food for some reason... WHAT??? How do you make the wrong food and it's completely MY problem?? He tells me "it looks like what you ordered to me" which made me so furious since the order WAS ON THE LID!!! (See pictures). Different rice, missing beans, different chicken, added lettuce, veggies/onions, and tomatoes.... So he DIDN'T EVEN READ IT and was telling me that I was wrong?!?!? He made me call the Chipotle App customer service line in the restaurant, and told me that I "wasn't allowed back" when I got angry because of how none of this made any sense. I also heard them make comments about how I was "embarrassing myself" as I was on the phone with customer service. I've had several issues with wrong orders being delivered when ordered ahead, but never have I ever experienced a "manager" that was so clueless and who seemed to want to make me even more upset. I recommend avoiding this location if at all possible."
