"Food was meh, fries were cold and the service was horrible. Came in the night of 2/8 with an online order there were 2 females at the front counter on their phones laughing and showing each other stuff on facebook completely ignoring me standing there for a good couple minutes.Then it was another 10 minute wait after i got there even though the app said the order was ready. Place used to be good but now it’s just ghetto. Won’t be back."
"I absolutely hate going to this Wingstop, but my son loves it, because the food is great, but they are incredibly slow! There is no urgency to get your order out, the guy in the back is doing a great job cranking out orders, but once ready they sit in the back forever until the employees can stop chatting long enough to pack them up. Oh they may be nice and chatty with the customers sure, but you have a job to do as well. I have never waited less than 45 minutes for my food, even ordering ahead and given a 16-20 minute window. Btw, you DO NOT need my last name when I pick up, you call my name, state what my order is, and let me go on my way."
"My first experience trying this new location was not that great. However, the manager made it right and the wings I received on the second trip were awesome. Just the way I remembered. Will definitely return here the next time I'm in the mood for wings that are cooked right and with great flavor!!"
