"The food was good, fries were fresh. I have been a few times lately. Most times the staff is a little grumpy and non-personable. I understand work is hard but you cannot let a negative experience reflect back to non troublesome customers. Also, 2 out of 3 times lately order has been wrong, forgot an item entirely, had to swing back the other time got home realized no bacon. Even small details matter. Over all, good food but location could use a friendly pick me up. This location also seems to attract homeless individuals in the lot, loitering at front door, etc. (Did not lower score on that account)."
"Never again. No one will take your order there. They ignore you at first and then direct you to the touch screens to order. The screens were visibly filthy. Even if they weren't, I wouldn't touch them. Did we learn nothing from Covid? Until they start taking my order at the register, I will not return. Gross."
"This is usually the better Wendy’s in st pete but they just messed up my order so incomprehensibly bad I had to leave this review. How do you forget the burger patty on a jr bacon cheeseburger??? One has bacon one doesn’t?? Hello???"
"Got the new nacho burger meal and I was not impressed. The burger was far over cooked, dry, and cold like it had been sitting in a drawer for hours, the fries were cold and soggy, and there was a large piece of PLASTIC in the cheese. Would have been zero stars, but the lady and gentleman at the drive through were super sweet even though we could tell they were completely exhausted and over worked. If I hadn't just got back into town after a 2 hour drive from a long 3 day weekend working and camping for an event, I would have driven back and demanded a full refund. I'm just too tired to care at this point."
