"On 12/30/23 at 1:44pm I called the east bay location to request that they simply add terriaki sauce to my order of chicken. After the guy rudely said he would add it to my order he hung up on me. My food arrived with no sauce and somehow they still raise their prices. If you are going to charge your customers more at least give them what they order."

"This is the worst food I have ever had. They had items wrong in the order, the chow mein was undercooked and looked like ramen. Called the store two times asking for a refund and was told that the manager had stepped out and do not know when he was going to be back.. was completely blown off by the staff. EAT THIS FOOD AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!"

"Fast Food Chinese style. To be fair, we were there on the leading edge of the dinner hour rush so, the food was a bit slow coming from the kitchen. Nevertheless, everything we ordered was hot and flavorful. Service might have been quicker, but with one person working the counter and one on drive-thru, everyone was hard at work. I didn't check out the restrooms but if the restaurant was an example, I'd have to say everything was spotless. We took our meals home for eating and both my sister and I enjoyed them. In my mind, the fried rice could have used a bit more soy sauce but that might just be me!"

"I requested (twice) beef and broccoli with double beef only. I clarified I did not want double broccoli, just double beef. They said okay and brushed it off. This is what I get..the lady at the window was super nice but im on a regimen and have to have a certain oz of meat…this didn’t even meet half of it. 2.7 oz to be exact. Is a regular portion of beef less than 1.5 oz?? Wild."
