Beach Pizza

"Honestly I have loved this place for quite awhile and am a frequent customer as I work in the same complex, but after today I won't ever be returning. I called and spoke to a girl to place an order to be picked up. I asked for two gluten free pepperoni pizzas, to which she responded and said about 30 minutes. Great. We drive about 40 minutes to get the pizza and I arrive and they cooked the wrong style. I let the guy know who was checking me out that I was allergic to that so I would need gluten free. He stated it would be about a 20 minutes longer wait. They were super busy due to Super Bowl so I don't think it would have actually been 20 minutes but regardless we planned this accordingly. He proceeded to ring me out for the pizzas two full cost and I asked if they could comp one of the pizzas due to the situation or at least give a discount and he stated he'd go ask. He comes back and said no and apologized but that was the owners decision. I asked if he let them know that they were the ones who messed up the order and created this situation and he said yes but that was the owners decision."

"We were very impressed by this small yet busy pizza place. It’s great for a quick bite with the family after watching a movie next door (don’t recommend Regal Largo theater). They have a large menu with many options. They serve ice cold draft beer and the pizza was pretty good. Prices are great and service was great. Cat was very accommodating and nice! Thanks again!"

"We have tried just about every other pizza place in the area and none of the competition even comes close. You can tell from the first bite that the food is made from only the freshest ingredients. And the staff gives you nothing but their best from the moment you walk in the door. We personally love this establishment and it's employees and will continue to come back."

"The food was good outside of the pizza. The crust was decent, but it was crisp on the edges and soggy in the middle. Sauce was bland. We ordered a full pizza, so I'm assuming it was made fresh, but if you get it by the slice, just know it's one of those par bake places. On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate it a 4. On the other hand, the garlic knots were great, and so were the fries and wings. The wings were a bit different, crispy, and they didn't even try to coat them in sauce. they just laid them in a pool of it. I liked it, you control the sauciness. They did serve them in a mesh style basket with the wings and sauce on a sheet of foil. There is plenty of opportunity for the sauce to leak everywhere, so watch out! We were in late afternoon, the dining area wasn't particularly clean, and based on the reasonable number of people on staff at the time, I'd deem the lack of cleanliness unacceptable. The service was fast, but we had to ask for everything, plates, forks, etc. There was no anticipation of our needs."

"Great variety and excellent service. We had never been here before so we tried a basic pepperoni pizza & the Mediterranean pizza. WOW! It'll be a must every time we are in the area. I can't wait to try their other specialty pizzas. Oh & the cannoli was freshly made...yum!"
