"It blows my mind that when it says closed at 2 .... they constantly close well before that. Is there anything that monitors closings? I mean if it says closed at 2 ... you need to commit to that. People have to drive to you and expect a level of service. They will find other business like McDonald's that does honor its hours."

"This Wendy's is clean and properly maintained. The food was good and wasn't just "thrown together", like some burgers you get. Everything was made fresh, so it tasted great."

"I wish I could give negative stars for this review. The District Mgr and Store Mgr are oblivious to what is going on in their stores. Frosty machine is down every night and they cannot take credit cards after a certain time. It seems like the late crew does not want to work. Minimum wage increase has benefited only the lazy it seems. Why is it so hard to just do your job. This exact situation has happened multiple times, more than 7 times that I can account of. I live 2 minutes down the road from this location so I used to go here often. After this last run I am opting to find something healthier or just a place that has better service. I do not recommend wasting your time with this location. What needs to happen is a cleanse of Mgrs and employees at this location and East Lake. I will never visit these locations ever again, you'll just be dissapointed over and over again."

"After purchasing my food at the drive through. I needed to wash my hands and use the bathroom (dirty contractor hands "germs" and had to urinate)...to my surprise the restaurant doors were locked "No Signs On the Doors" and seeing 4 employees sitting down in the restaurant I began knocking on the door multiple times finally an employee came to the locked door and yelled through the glass stating that "the dining area was closed because they did not have enough employees"...what exactly does that mean?...Yet 4 of them were sitting in different areas in the dinning room?...I understand they cannot deny a paying customer access after they have paid for goods and services...I will never go to this restaurant again! How many other people have they done this to! What laws have they broken upon denying entry to paying customers to use the bathroom!"
