"The brisket was a huge chunk and delicious bbq sauce. The winner of the plate was the mustard based coleslaw. House chips were also delicious."

It seemed as though the salad had taken a bath in a pool of dressing, drowning out the natural flavors of the ingredients. While tasty on its own, the dressing simply overwhelmed the delicate balance of the salad, leaving me longing for a lighter touch. Moving on to the brisket, the meat was tender, succulent, and bursting with flavor. The smoky aroma and the perfect level of char on the exterior were a testament to the chef's expertise. However, the excessive amount of sauce draped over the brisket was a hindrance rather than an enhancement. While the sauce itself was rich and flavorful, it masked the true taste of the meat and made it difficult to fully appreciate the quality of the brisket. A lighter hand with the sauce would have allowed the natural flavors to shine through, creating a more harmonious and enjoyable dining experience."

"I’m a big eater. I also had a prime rib but I didn’t take a picture, it was just a rib and no sides or at least I don’t remember. Anyways everything was good. The pizza was the best. Believe me the pizza is all you need. I could’ve ate that all day. I don’t usually drink and I don’t like chocolate but that was the best drink I ever had."
