"This is to serve as special recognition to the awesome young lady who I believe is a shift manager and was working at this Taco Bell location today on Sunday, 11/05/2023 @ 4:15pm. I just want to say, once again, how much I appreciate you for assisting me with a $20 accounting error today! I handed you my receipt, and the change I was given. You assessed the situation and immediately handled it! Thank you for resolving the problem, and for being an honest and wonderful human being. I truly appreciate you. To the cashier working at the drive thru window, I know you were just busy and didn't mean to short me $20. You all do a phenomenal job. I truly value each and every one of you."

"Don't know how they stay in business. Paid 26.60 and didn't even get 2 full boxes when I ordered 3 boxes and a quesadilla!! Will be going back in am and you WILL give me a full refund. Pm "manager" refused to give me their name, she was very unprofessional and needs off her high horse. She takes no responsibility bc she "just arrived" and refused to help me. I had to go inside when I ordered for them t originally fix and the still didn't get it right! The GM of this store should be fired! Nasty, trashy, group of individuals. Sad."
