"Only been open a couple months and we've already had two bad experiences here. The first time the chicken was really thin, stringy and tough; and just tasted horrible. The second time they were out of half of the things we ordered and what they did have didn't taste much better. I was really excited for this location because it's really convenient but for now it's gonna be a hard pass. Chickfila's standards and quality just aren't what they used to be."

"I’ve been to this new location a few times. Lines are long but can’t complain about that. Twice they’ve gotten my order wrong, this last weekend I went for breakfast. Placed my order at 10:26 and tried ordering fries and I was told I had to wait till 10:30 to place the order (doing line again ) when I’ve done this at other chick fill a locations and they have no problem putting the order then. I order the fries through the app, after 15 minutes wait they came out and they were somewhat raw inside. Won’t be visiting this location again!"

"Got a chicken bowl for breakfast, and it was pitiful. It was barely half filled. For as much as you charge for these things, the bowl you serve it in should be full."

"This was my first time at this location when I was in the area visiting my best friend who came from GA to see his daughter. We didn't realize we had arrived close to their closing time. Despite this, the staff were very courteous and kind to us. We enjoyed the deluxe chicken sandwich meal with their half-half sweet tea. The dine-in area and tables were nice and cleaned and decorated for the Christmas occasion. Like the many other locations I go to, the food is always fresh, and service is always great!!"

"First time I've stopped in at this new location. I entered the building rather than go to the drive-thru. The drive thru at this location has multiple lanes. And I wanted to see the inside. They weren't too busy at 11 am. Placed my order, but a little thrown when I was given part of my oder than had to wait for the rest. Also witnessed a couple of customers having issues with their orders. But, it hasn't been opened long, so chalking it up to inexperienced staff. But give credit to managers who addressed the customers' concerns and kept their cool the entire time."
