"Finished our order at 13:07, received food only 23 minutes later at 13:30! That’s not fast food.. Despite taking so long time they forgot the ketchup.. toilets were not clean"

"Food - this used to be my favorite McDonalds but now the food quality has gone downhill. I get burnt food or smashed burgers that are falling apart. Service - this heavy set woman with dreads dropped my drink on the floor (she thought I didn’t see) then she gave me the drink without cleaning it off or refilling it. My drink was half empty dripping in soda and she got angry when I asked for a new one. Service here used to be amazing and food was my favorite. Idk what happened."

"they do a great job upcharging drinks and stuff, but they dont honor the discounts from the app. Dont embarrass yourself asking for a code if you dont want to apply it. And be very careful when getting drinks from the drive thru, instead of giving me a fresh one, i saw the employee grabing one that was served from before and handing it to me. HORRIBLE TRAINING."

"This store provided my worst fast food experience. I ordered through the app for curbside pickup at 9:43pm, arrived at the location at 9:55pm, and waited in the car for 30 minutes with no response. The kids were starving. I went into the store and asked the employees for my order. After repeatedly asking, I finally received it at 10:55pm, only to find a sandwich missing. I didn't even bother to request it as I couldn't wait any longer. Taking over 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive an incomplete order is totally unacceptable."

"I'm never disappointed when I come to this location. The food is always hot, and even though I had to remind them my food was sitting on the counter when they brought everyone else's, they were fast and responsive. It's a little chaotic in there because of the rush, and things are taking a bit longer, but the short staff crew they had delivered a hot meal. You guys rock! Had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get my order..."
