"If I could rate the service a zero I would. I was on the phone with the manager to receive help about an order. They were very rude offering no help only saying to use the app. However, this was not possible to cancel an order. The individual started yelling acting as if I was stupid. I was severely disappointed from the treatment and the lack of management."

"Edit update: Don't get the Shamrock McFlurry. They don't mix it, and no matter how much I tried to mix it, it tasted BAD because there were many moments of just pure syrup. It's a shame because I loved these. Below standard bad fast food orders: For the incorrect factor, all Fast food does it, but it is pretty bad when someone verbally checks at the speaker and at the first window, and the order is wrong on the receipt. How? If you got it wrong and are telling it based on memory, not what is on the order, then how is the order makers whom often get things wrong in the first place supposed to know you wrote things down wrong? This type of stuff happens more often than it doesn't here. Drink refill issue specifically for this location: When you eat inside, don't expect easy refills. Since the employees have to do the refills, there are waits. Usually you can't get a refill till 10-15 minutes after you ask for one, if you can get anyone's attention in the first place."

"Order my food thru the kiosk. The young black lady up there wouldn’t let me pay for my order at all. I told her my number she kept saying random stuff like is this your order this and that. She kept getting smart and disrespectful. Had to walk off and go to Burger King across the street. I’m a visitor out of state visiting will not be visiting this McDonald’s no more. Lil girl up there almost made me come out of character."

"Food was disgusting. Fries looked like they had pepper which I know they don’t normally so I’m assuming it was some kind of old oil and they also tasted very stale, the nuggets looked like they had been sitting ALL DAY in old oil, not fresh at all, cold and stale. This is a popular tourist spot so I’m sure they make the food like trash for that reason. Sad."

"I wish I would've grabbed the names of the 2 young ladies who we dealt with during our visit. It was Sunday morning (1/28/24) around 10am. The young lady who took our order in the drive-thru, and the young lady who passed us our food. BOTH were extremely friendly and professional. They should be commended!"
