"Absolutely the worst customer service! No napkins, no straws. We did not get a single “hello, how are you. Welcome to Taco Bell!” Got our order wrong and the cashier and manager both were rude about having to fix it. We did not get asked if we would like any sauce. Not even a thanks or have a good day. The girl at the drive thru was rude. Didn’t speak a word to us. Just mean mugged us because we had to repeat our order. I’ve worked for Taco Bell and this is not how we are trained. No add ons were asked. Would have loved to put sour cream on my food but was fearful that the girl would mess with my food. No reason someone should this rude at 12:30pm on a Sunday. Cashiers name on receipt is MESHOGN S. She needs an attitude adjustment."

"I had a great experience here. I placed an online order and upon walking in the atmosphere was very cleanly and welcoming. When I received my order the lady assisting was very courteous and pleasant to speak with. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious (as far as Taco Bell goes). In a world where fast food places have gone downhill, I’m glad to have had this experience."

"Amazing FRIENDLY service! Amazing deals using the online exclusive pricing on the app! Super fast too! First ate here yesterday, doing pickup through drive thru and they were super nice and quick despite my order being put in less than 5 minutes before my arrival. Food was fresh and tasted good. This morning I came in dine in and had an issue with the mobile app (turned out a Google Pay issue, not an app issue), but they were super helpful in suggesting things to try. After sucessfully ordering, they quickly made my order fresh. Their lobby is super clean too!"

But I understand that it was veterans day weekend, but they should have been better prepared for it. But I do say they were very professional and courteous. "Fairly great. The drive-thu lady was nice and patient. I had ordered the grilled cheese deluxe cravings box, and had wanted it with jalopenos on top, like the spicy grilled steak, and they did it. Nice. Food was tasty, cheap and quick."
