"You have to be kidding. I picked up an order and added a side of Mac and cheese for 5 dollars. 3 bites of Mac for 5 dollars? They filled the container 1/3 of the way. This is crazy. When you call them they give no option to speak with anyone."

"Horrible only thing good on my plate were the beans and rice. The picture they show for the tri-o ain't the same when you get it. The steak is dry had no flavor ain't happy at all. The manager told me they don't have a lincense to cook steak at different Temps never heard that before"

"My boyfriend and I have gone to this Pollo Tropical twice within the last month, today being the second time. Both times an employee by the name of “Catherin” has been handling the orders and window. She never has on a name tag but this is the name that shows on our receipt so I am assuming it is her. She rushed us both times to place our order at the speaker, extremely rude. Today, there were two cars in front of us and we had to wait several minutes before the line moved up but we had clear view of the window and of Catherin. I’m assuming there was an issue with the customer’s food but instead of asking them to park and bring their food to them, she stood with her back to the window/customer and stood laughing and talking to her coworker the entire time until the food was ready, meanwhile the line got longer and longer. Then upon us getting to the window she does not greet us or even make eye contact. She opened the window and without looking us in the face, without any greeting, says our total. We paid and she did not say thank you, nothing, closes the window comes back with the food, hands us our food and still says nothing. We sat there instead of driving off because we wanted to speak to a manager being that this is the second time this has happened. She comes back to the window after a moment and opens it and just stares at us. She doesn’t ask us anything, doesn’t say anything, just looks at us. Until I say to her that we want to speak to a a manger. We expressed our frustrations and explained our experiences to the manager. However I feel this needed to be documented. The few times Catherin did speak to us each time we came, she was very short, very rude and acted as though us simply being there was a problem. She is very rude, clearly has a very nasty attitude and treats all the customer as if they are inconveniences. And lastly, the first time we experienced her awful service, she messed up our order and added extra food we did not order and charged us for it. This second time, I ordered the steak with chimichurri sauce (it automatically comes with the sauce, it says it in the name of the meal). I get home and there is no chimichurri sauce. She can’t even get the simplest order correct. Thankfully I ordered a side of garlic cilantro creama and used that since there was no chimichurri sauce. Photo included below. She absolutely should not be on the window. She may be better suited cleaning bathrooms or floors. Or fired. But definitely not allowed to interact with the public. Absolutely horrible service. Do better Pollo Tropical!"
