McDonald's

"These are some of the absolute worse humans that hang out here. Notice I did not say work, because they don’t. They hang out , talk, and dance around. No clue about customer service . Almost ten minutes standing and waiting in an empty lobby for an order of fries, and a milk shake . You can tell who ever manages/owns this place could care less with a location running like this. They are probably just another sorry human just like the staff they employee. I pray for the day when fast food just goes to the robots that actually work, and can turn a grease bag out in a timely manner."

"First and Last Visit to this location. AVOID THIS LOCATION ! We rarely visit McDonald's, but it was getting late, we were hungry, so you know - fast food. Nothing was fast about this McDonald's. I wasn't sure if the store was open (at 11 pm), because there weren't many lights on. We pulled up to the drive-thru anyway. There we waited for at least 15 minutes to make it to the 2nd window. When the employee at the first window started popping out of the window to look, we asked what the holdup was - they replied "Oh, it's another Uber order - they always hold everything up." We asked if a manager was on duty, as the delays were too much to ask paying customers to endure. We were greeted by a blank stare. When I was handed my food at the 2nd window, I asked if there was a receipt in the bag - surprise - blank stare at the ceiling. I asked what the store number is - you guessed it - no response. I checked my french fries immediately, and they were cold. I checked my Big Mac sandwich - the burgers were also cold. I don't know why my food took so long, and was cold. I don't plan to re-visit this location ever again, so I can't report whether management has figured out how to keep Uber orders from clogging-up their drive thru, or if the burgers and fries will be made quicker - as in Quick Service Restaurant - which McDonald's is supposed to be a member of."

"Attn: owner if you even care but by the looks of all the other negative reviews you probably dont. The young black man working the drive-through window, needs more training and needs customer service skills and less attitude. I will never visit this location ever again if he does not know how to work with mobile orders, train him and also train him on his attitude."

"I am usually very pleased with the service at this McDonald's. The cashiers are always very nice and respectful, my order is always made correctly and swiftly, and the temperature of the food is always hot. I'm not entirely sure why this location has a low rating, but it has never disappointed. Although I always go through the drive-thru, the inside looks clean and well taken care of--from what I can see through the windows, and the line moves pretty quickly."

"Not only I had to wait for my service. I told them twice I wanted to steak bagels with double steak, extra sauce, egg ground, substitute for egg, flat, and no slithered onions. I didn’t check my bag because we went over it twice and the attendant repeated my order so I get to work and I have egg flex instead of egg rounds. I’m not able to leave work and come back for an exchange. I want to pick up my order tomorrow morning if that’s possible to steak bagels no slithered onions, extra sauce, extra steak, patty, and egg round instead of egg flats. Thank you very much"
