"Blonde boy with long hair has terrible customer service. Doesn’t know how to count cash, gave us old food after we waited AN HOUR for our food. I’m a manager at a restaurant and if my employees delivered the service he did, he wouldn’t be working for me much longer. Terrible service all around, not even just from him. Gave our order to a door dasher, so we had to wait 30+ mins longer for them to just give us old food."

"The drive thru lady I get frequently has worked there a long time and you can tell she takes pride in being on top of her game. Actually everyone there is tops. Line moves and the food is hot."

"Gave all one's because I pay for my food. Was asked to pull up, and waited for 20 minutes. I pulled back and the young lady put her hand up and told me to wait 8/24/23. All I got was my drinks I didn't taste the food, the service was poor along with the atmosphere and still didn't get my money or my food. So I'm writing this on here to let you know owner and GM. Your late-night staff is unprofessional especially that manager where the blue thing in her head that night. Light skin looks like she speak Spanish. I would like my food when I come back up there and something said to that young lady. That was the poorest service I ever had. September 17th 2023 12:30 p.m. Sunday I've called your store ask a speech to a manager one manager got the phone asked what's their name they didn't want to tell me. Another person got on the phone which was another female I asked what their name was she said how can I help you I say first and foremost you can help me by giving me your name she hung the phone up turn right then turn right. Not knowing that corporate was on the phone for customer service for things like this they hung the phone up on me. I came in again and the young lady named swan has done the same thing again and was with Drew customer service this time I got my order but nobody reached out to me about my order I did not get with the rule customer service or my money so therefore I feel like I need to call the police and get a police report for you guys robbing me taking my money and not giving me any product swan. All he has to do is pick up the phone and have a little common Sense courtesy and customer service I don't think you two at that job need that job that two women that's in charge there because this store is poor customer service and doesn't satisfy no customers. I will be up there later on with the police to file a police report for stealing my money and not giving me my product. And shame on the GM for allowing this to happen and if there was the m that picked up the phone all you guys need to be fired and need to be hired more managers in there with courtesy common Sense respectable and know how to. You need more managers in there and if there was the GM allowing this all you guys need to be fired"

"This fast food restaurant has gotten so expensive. $23.00 for two sandwiches, 2 frys and two small drinks. I don't know what is going on. It is out of control. Also my fiance just had a single burger and did not look appetizing at all. Lower your prices so people can afford to eat. The quality has gone way down."
