"This locations drive thru moved slower than other morning drive thru locations. Once I arrived to the window did not receive the typical friendly customer experience I’ve had at all the other Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever visited . I still had to wait at the window a good three minutes, and the three members of staff were distracted by something crawling on the floor Clearly, as you can see with my receipt and my food, it is not what I ordered. The hashbrowns were greasy and the oil needs to be changed. Also, I requested bacon not sausage very disappointed will not visit this location again."

"This was my first time at this location. We stopped in because it's one of the few places my kid can safely eat. I have driven past this one many times over the years but it's a bit inconveniently located to get into and there are quite a few other good choices in the area if you're hungry. On this occasion I went with a grilled chicken sandwich, no tomato with a side salad and a peppermint chip milkshake. The chicken sandwich was exactly as expected and satisfied me. The salad was also very good. The milkshake was pretty good but for the price and size of it I have had better ones from other companies. If you are dining here I would definitely recommend it but I would not go out of my way for it. My cat had the chicken nuggets with fries and a bottle of water. They were very happy. We were here around lunch time and while they had a decent crowd the service was very quick and the employees were friendly. This is actually a pretty nice store and I enjoyed the way they had it decorated on the outside for the holidays. They have accessible parking but not an accessible entrance. They do have accessible seating though. There is ample parking in the lot."

"It's Chick-fil-A people! If you've ever been to one. You've been to all of them. This one is the same as the rest. The food is good and the atmosphere is good and the restaurant is clean. It's always a great place to take your family."

"Always great food, staff and service at Chick Fil A - we all know that. This location at 7333 W. Sand Lake Rd. in Orlando has to be one of their best. But the transients hanging out at the property entrance along with their makeshift storage hub make this area sketchy and going there unsafe, especially at night. Their belongings and furniture stored in 4-5 shopping carts at the entrance denigrates the store and area."
