Chick-fil-A

"Always good but I'm not ok with how much more they charge for delivery. We already pay more in delivery fees and tips but to offer things like the 4 piece strip meal for less than $10 in store and then offer it online for over $14.... that's really a rip off. Also, I was trying to order delivery for breakfast one day (within the appropriate hours) and the app just kept saying it was closed. Mind you, I am pregnant and was at work and scheduled my timing to make sure I can eat CFA breakfast. So I had not eaten all morning. I reached out to customer service via email and they just kept blaming me or my phone/app. I let them know that it was happening for my boss as well and they still continued to blame me. I called the store to see what happened and they left me on hold for a bit to check it out...turned out they weren't able to connect to the app on their end so it was obviously an IT issue on their end not mine....so they basically said my only option was to pick it up when my car wasn't available and I was on the clock already. Didn't get to eat until my lunch break hours later which is not fun when you're pregnant...and no one seemed to have any sympathy for the situation they didn't even try to fix the issue or let me know they were going to reach out to resolve it..until I finally asked them to do so. They seemed more bothered than anything"

"Chick fil a messed up my order, which is very crucial because it's an allergy my kids have. They brought out the sandwich with cheese even though I mentioned no cheese. To make sure they don't reuse the chicken I took a bite. Hoping to never run into this but sadly all they did was peeled the cheese off and give it back to us,we were able to find out when our kid noticed her chicken was bit it off. Warning to everyone that has an allergy and goes to THIS chick fil A. Ask to keep the food until they bring out the new one to avoid any issues."

"Never been to Chick-Fil-A before but have every intention of returning before I leave the US. We got the spicy chicken burger and waffle fries and they were fantastic... the sweet and spicy sriracha was so good I went and bought bottles to take home. Also recommend the cookies... Wow."

"Although we carried out, the food was excellent (as usual) and ready by the time I marked that I arrived at the location on the app. They didn't miss anything inside of our order and double bagged our food. Definitely one of the best locations I've been to."
