"Ate here on Sunday 12/31, my husband and I got severe food poisoning. We’re still going through severe vomiting, diarrea and can’t stomach a THING. This is the McDonald’s nearest to us but we’re definitely never eating here again."

"To any fellow Doordash/GrubHub/UberEats drivers, AVOID this McDonald’s at all costs. They lock their doors after 10 PM, which they aren’t even allowed to do according to their hours, then force you to wait in their 25-minute fiasco of a line. It is never worth it for what these delivery apps pay us. You, your management at this McDonald’s, make an otherwise simple and easy job, turn into a heated, tense debate as to why it’s unfair for us to have to wait UP TO HALF AN HOUR in your line, behind the rest of the sheep who are actually there to eat. How is that fair? What right do YOU have to just lock your doors an hour before the lobby is supposed to close? Super unfair. I’ll never accept another order from this place ever again. I would encourage any of you to do the same. They’ve made me wait behind a whole line of 10 cars several times before, just to pick up food that isn’t even mine. Heartless inconsiderate jerks."

"Just a bunch of bad managers hiring bad employees. I’ve come here dozens upon dozens of times thru out the years and I’ve probably only had a handful of good experiences. From consistently messing up your orders to making you wait 30 minutes just to tell you they’re closed, this store has ruined its reputation with the community around it and they know it they just don't care. Just go to the Kirkman location you’ll be saving yourselves lots of hassle. Also where is the district managers who are supposed to be handling their stores? This is an ongoing issue of bad service."

"Nobody comes to help when you push the "ASSISTANCE" button. We waited over 8 minutes for help with a receipt, only to be told they can't print them...10 min later they ask "what is my order number?" Uhhhh... we can't give you the number because we never got a receipt?? And nobody came to help when we pushed the button to ask about it?? When we finally received our order the food was stale -- 20pc nuggets had been sitting under a heat lamp for a VERY long time (really dried out and cold). Only got 2 sauces for the 20pcs, had to ask for BBQ sauce twice. Large fries was half empty. First time we had come back to this location in four years -- now I remember why we stopped coming here. :-("

"It was priced higher than others but the fact had to wait for our mobile order for so long was tolerable but when it comes out wrong wasn't cool. Then once inside I had to yell to get attention and after they explained to the lady who to help she went to someone else still. Then I had to repeat it to her 2x to get it right. Then get back to the car and my fish sandwich was cold so not a good experience."
