"The floor looked clean, yet my shoes stuck it was sticky. Basically, there is no customer service, but that'll happen when it's all self ordering. It wasn't busy, they had no lettus and the food was cold."

"By far the best Taco Bell I’ve been to as far as quality goes. Whoever was working today did an incredible job with keeping up the quality of the food. So much so that it was the best tasting Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It was very clean inside. It is in a very tourist location, but if you’re visiting or driving through on the highway it’s a great choice."

"Absolutely horrible…. We did an online order. 4 burritos where ordered with no beans…. They all have beans. On one as you can see is just beans when it’s supposed to be a five layer burrito. NONE of the items have sour cream when they are all supposed to have sour cream (that’s how the come off the menu) I also asked for a ton of hot sauce and received none. I received the wrong drink and it didn’t even have ice. Miserable experience. It’s so dry and cold to the point we can’t eat any of it. I know you shouldn’t expect a 5 star it’s fast food but at the minimum at least half of your order should be correct I feel. Edit- thought it couldn’t get worse I called to ask about a refund and they said to give them a minute and they put me on hold… 30 minutes go by… 40… almost 50 and I assume they simply forgot so I recalled (it’s $50 worth of food that we couldn’t eat so I want to be reimbursed) annnd now it dismissed the call instantly as if I’ve been blocked….."
