"First time in a Red Lobster( 5936 International Dr. Orlando) Welcoming and smily staffs. Had to try the barman special drink since he was doing it right in front of us. The cocktail glass was huge but very refreshing and not too sweet. Enjoyed my plate very much. It was perfectly portioned and not to heavy."

"The worst experience I’ve had in my life with this restaurant. I liked most of the restaurants in Orlando because the professional and friendliness of staff in restaurants I came. However, with this restaurant, I felt down after having dinner here for the first time. When I came to check in, the man who was working at the reception looked serious (because of the busy work, I understood that), but he treated me very unprofessionally (rude and not friendly). He wrote names of guests in a waiting list but didn’t follow the order of list. When I had concerns about that, he looked at me seriously and did’t explain anything. And we finally got a table and we were served by another waiter. This waiter (an old man) was also unfriendly and he made me feel he didn’t want to serve us. We ordered the unlimited shrimp but the waiting time was too long (more than 30 minutes for one fill) so we got frustrated and only filled one more time and then finished our dinner with unhappy feelings. I came to many restaurants in Orlando but this is the one I had to wait too long even though there were not too many guests inside. And the waiter didn’t ask us how we felt in the end only checked out with a rude attitude and made me feel really uncomfortable (like I got a free meal from him). To me the food quality is normal (nothing was impressive, shrimps and pasta were too salty to me) but I won’t come back to any Red Lobsters because of the unprofessional attitudes of the staff. I will cancel my membership with Red Lobsters as well. The staff should be trained more and be nicer to customers. I paid nearly 100 dollars for my dinner but the thing I got was the unhappy feeling and I wish I could not come here to make my trip in Orlando more perfect. The experience in this restaurant was the only negative thing on my vacation in Orlando."

"We came in to try the unlimited shrimp and really enjoyed it. We did notice that you're meant to get two sided as advertised on the menu but they're only offering one... We were tired and couldn't be bothered making a fuss... Also we knew we'd never eat it all and the sides that weren't fries were unappealing to us. The shrimp itself was tasty with the Crispy Dragon Shrimp being particularly good. The cheesy biscuit things were yummy when warm. The beer was good but the Margarita wasn't the best we've had. On par with most places we've ate in Florida we noticed the bigger the table, the better the service... We assume this is in respect of the desire for a tip, but, its important servers recognise that people at smaller tables observing this may not appreciate being treated less well... we tipped the same at every restaurant while here but if we noticed a significant difference in level of service we did drop the tip down... Hope it was worth it. Equality."

"The host was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The server, Steven was outstanding. He was one of two servers, maintaining the entire dining room, and was obviously overworked. He had a large party of demanding people, but he smiled and worked his way right through it. It took 50 minutes to get our food after we ordered. We got the endless shrimp and we’re told at 9:50 that the kitchen closes at 11 and they are trying to get out of there, so if we want anything additional, we should order it now. We did and that took about 25 to 30 minutes to come out. Almost all of the food, including baked potato and broccoli, not to mention the shrimp were over cooked. I ordered a dirty martini, which was horrible. It was warm and just tasted nasty. The broccoli was mush. I had two coupons, one for 15% off and the other for a complementary birthday dessert. The server let me know that I could not use both. I asked if the manager could take both of the coupons off and he said he would go ask. I said I would speak with a manager, but the manager did not come out. The manager did tell him to give me a free dessert and took 10% off of the bill. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had for a birthday meal in my life! Just thankful the server was pleasant, otherwise the whole experience would’ve been completely horrific. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. They should not over seat when they are understaffed. The whole experience took a few minutes less than three hours. Never again… On the way out, we observe the lobster tank. It was not bubbling, it was not lit up and none of the lobsters were moving. So were they did or were they alive?"
