"I wish I could do a -10 letting everyone know to never visit this place they treat you like trash. They are condescending their rude. They have workers who do not know what they’re doing they’re incompetent they have disposed of my blood work and tampered with the blood work as well when I specifically asked for it to be sent off, they decide to throw it away And say that I did not tell them what they wanted to do with the blood the coworker Rachel was incompetent. She didn’t know anything of what she was doing Mirella the manager was very nasty and very rude had no type of resolution or solution for me. They told me as I was fainting or very faint that they had a full house and they needed me out of the room even though the paramedics were on the way they wanted me out of the space so they could get to the next patient, if I were you, I would drive right past past this place and go somewhere else who is competent and who has even a heart when dealing with the public"

"Service was kind, employees were nice. Only 3 stars because it was between me and walk-in, I had an appt. I waited 15 min over my appt time and they were going to let the walk in before me. Bad business. Quest is so much better. At least Quest has a monitor that shows the queue and who is up next."

"The first time in my life that I have ever watched someone use a blood pressure cuff as a tourniquet. Staff has complete disregard for infection control as the staff used the same gloves my entire appointment from gathering clean supplies, touching me, the computer, my blood, more supplies, etc. I will never return! I can deal with rude staff all day but the complete disregard for infection control is so shocking. Honestly, is there seriously that much of a need to rush that I can’t take off my shoes to weigh or my jacket for taping? To take BP and lab draw at the same time will surely lead to inaccurate results! A huge education gap is obvious related to staff at this location."

"The nurse, an older woman with light brown/blonde hair took my blood samples. Never in my life has a blood draw been so painful. She stuck the needle in my arm and moved the needle left and right to try and get the blood to flow. When that didn’t work she repeated it on the other arm. It was so incredibly painful. Didn’t take her gloves off when she touched the computer. I also peed in a dixie cup of all things. I have 2 huge, horrible bruises on both arms and it’s been almost a week since. Some bruising is normal for me, but not like this. These are the worst bruises I’ve ever had period. And one of my arms is still experiencing pins and needles. Never going back to this awful location. Also, call them to find out if you’re in network. Website asks you for insurance info, so I naively thought if I wasn’t in network it would tell me or they would call me. Had to pay for everything out of pocket. This isn’t the reason for my rating though as I should know better than to just assume a healthcare organization actually cares."

"Fast courteous and professional. Went for my drug screen for new employment and the staff here was immediately attentive with only 2 employees and a waiting room with 10 people. I was in and out within 30 mimutes. Keep up the great work!"
