"Early KFC is on point but this previous time they were not there was hardly anybody in the lobby except one other person and I was waiting for my two or three to go orders when she had to go to the back to make them after 20 minutes of helping everybody else I can't another restaurant. So that's the only downfall it's slow. Other than that I'm loving that the kernel is not holding out on deals for us finally thank you."

"New years eve. I ordered a 8 PC family meal. they only had legs. The chicken they gave me was greasy and mushy. the meat was falling off the bones in the bucket. The potatoes and Cole slaw looked to be 1/2 orders."

"Their food always fresh and hot. Servers. Friendly and makes sure you have everything like napkins sauces.... This is a sure thing for a 3 to 5 m wait for food. You can be sure you never wait long"

"Never have I ever experienced such bad service. First of all I waited 30 minutes in line which I didn't even complain about because I was hungry. When I finally get to the order speaker I order my meal and I order a biscuit on the side. When I get to the window the lady gives me my bag and immediately closes the window. I check the bag and I'm missing my biscuit as well as the drink. The lady opens the window and rudely asks what else I want. I tell her what Im missing and she brings me my drink and again immediately closes the window. I sit there still waiting for my biscuit and she opens the window again and yells "what else do you want" with the biggest attitude. I tell her again Im missing my biscuit. She says the meal doesn't come with a biscuit. I tell her I know that, thats why I ordered it on the side. She says "well I didn't charge you for it" I say its fine you can ring it in and I'll pay for it. She says I'm not doing that I'm not taking any orders at the window. Like ??? it was her mistake and she doesn't want to fix it. I ask why she cant just ring it in and charge me and she slams the window shut in my face. I wait again assuming she's doing that she opens the window again and yells "why are you still here I told you I'm not taking your order at the window!" Keep in mind I was never rude or raised my voice and this lady was just being extremely rude for no reason. I work in the service industry myself as a server and could never imagine treating a guest like that for my mistake. If it helps it was a black lady with dreads on Friday, November 4th around 6 PM. There are plenty of people looking to work and she does not deserve to have a job if thats how she treats people."

"Very tall black lady manager has a lot of grace to her work. She's very genuine towards her customers. Very delightful experience to eat there. I like the soft seats."
