Red Lobster

"This Red Lobster was very clean. Today was not super busy and we were seated quickly. Our server was quick to help us and stayed on top of drinks and food. I don't remember his name but he was working around 4 pm on February 18th. He deserves a huge pat on the back. Friendly, knowledgeable and all around a great server. Our food was prepared fresh and tasted great. I would definitely eat at this Red Lobster again."

"No one at front area for quite a few minutes while we waited to be seated. There was four of us two adults two children. We had two kids meals, one hamburger platter and one all you can eat soup and salad. All the food was good, but it took a very long time for our food to arrive . My main problem was the service. Lately it just seems that Red Lobster is having service problems. When my soup finally arrived I immediately ordered a refill. Since it took so long to get our first order I set my stopwatch to see how long it would take to get my refill. It took 12 and 1/2 minutes to get a refill of chowder. When I finally received that when I went ahead and ordered a second one the refills were an absolute joke! I don't even think they were one full ladle. It covered maybe 1/4 of the tip of the spoon. That soup also took a long time to receive. so long that I decided not to order anymore. The dishes were never removed from our table. It took us an hour and 45 minutes to eat a simple lunch. Very unacceptable! Fortunately at least I was not on my lunch hour."
