"I eat at Hardee's all the time and I get the biscuit and gravy platter all the time. This time the gravy had a lot of lumps. I asked for a new platter, because I had poured the gravy on the biscuit with the lumps, the cashier that is ALWAYS RUDE said no you can have the gravy but not another platter. When asked for the manager he looked at me and said NO. It's the black manager. They see something is wrong with the food. I asked for my money back. This is not how you treat customers. "You just can't go wrong with the Hardee's steak biscuit for breakfast! Their hash rounds are usually good when they are hot, too. This time, the hash rounds were on the cold side, but again, you can never go wrong with the Steak Biscuit! The loaded omelet biscuit and Frisco Breakfast Sandwich are also really good."
