"Mobile check in does not work. Checked in and waited 20 minutes. Then received msg that I was late and would have to reschedule. All I needed was to hand 3 envelopes to employee. Once I was seen I was told I did NOT need to return the samples, I could have mailed them. But first person seen this week told me to return them. Wow. Will NEVER use Quest again."

"I’m diabetic and absolutely HATE having to deal with this TERRIBLE company to get my 3 month lab test. Quest is making more than enough money and can afford to have some type of customer service support. The process of getting an appointment is freaking impossible. I need medical facilities in my location to switch over to an another laboratory because quest ain’t it. They call it quest because they send you on a quest to get in and get your labs done."

"I had to go to this location to do a pre employment drug screening. Quest doesn’t prompt for appointments when doing this type of test and they are time sensitive. I went the same day my request expired with about 3 hours to spare. But the office staff did not want to serve me even with an empty office, simply because I asked when they could do it after sitting patiently and waiting for 2 hours. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with this type of thing. I would strongly recommend going to the care spot on monument if you can or any other location in the city because this is the worst. The woman had a lab coat on with the name Bibi written on it a woman from India minor. She screamed at me and told me she wouldn’t help me all because I asked when she had time to do my test as it was about to expire. Do not go here. They will make you wait hours and then refuse you service simply for asking them to do their jobs. Those who are doing lab work I highly suggest you find another lab to do your work. When I arrived there were 3 people in the lobby waiting. And 2 people in the back doing nothing. This office has made it very clear they do not care about the customer. So take your business elsewhere, even if you’re using insurance to pay the bill it’s still real money in their pockets just because you don’t see the cash exchange! Do not spend your money here! Go somewhere that values you as a person and a customer ! I truly felt discriminated against and I felt as though I was treated poorly and it’s a huge disappointment, for Walmart and for quest diagnostic. I will be filing a complaint on this Business with the BBB for discrimination."

"I was sent to this location for an employee drug test that had to be completed within a certain time period. They had no appointments available until the next week & I had to complete the test within 3 business days. If I could rate this branch less than one star I honestly would. Very unhelpful staff that doesn’t seem like they want to be there. I understand if you’re booked with scheduled appointments but if a company values their customer’s time & experience they can advise that they likely won’t be able to see any walk ins that day instead of waiting until someone goes up to them to clarify what the waiting period is. The unfortunate part is I was not the only customer while I was there who had to stop them & ask. If multiple reviews are complaining about the same issue why would you not be proactive in handling it? & on top of being turned away I was given incorrect information about which other Quest branch would be able to process an employee drug test which caused me to waste even more time. All in all a very negative experience & I would recommend updated training to create a more positive experience for your customers in the future. 0/5 stars"
