"I've been to this location several times when I am charging my car. Food is made as it should be and tastes great. I usually get onion rings which some places don't cook them right, but here I have received them perfect every time. Staff is very pleasant too."

"I have gone to this Dairy Queen for the final time. For one thing, employees of this place have been rude to me several times. Second, they are so thoughtless when it comes to customer service, it's unbelievable. Last night, I ordered 2 Blizzards that I intended to take home, which is about 6 miles from this restaurant. The guy working the drive thru hands me 2 over-filled cups with ice cream already melting out everywhere. I asked for lids and a bag--their default approach is to not give you these things because they're too cheap to provide even the most basic things you need. I soon found that even the lids and bag were useless because the ice cream was too high above the rim of the cup to allow for a lid. Plus the flimsy bag had melted ice cream all over the outside within seconds. Anyway, on my way home, I was treated to this complete mess of melting ice cream all over my car seat, all over my pants, all over my shirt. This is all because these geniuses don't even think to put something in a double bag or a bigger cup, so that it doesn't melt all over your car and every surface on you and near you. This place has officially lost my business."

"Most unpleasant experience in a long time. We frequent this restaurant often in various locations and never have any issues. But today I decided I'll use one of my rewards...yeah right not only did they argue with me because their scanner is broken he was trying to force me to make a different purchase that would require me to spend more money on things I didn't want. Mind you all I ordered was a mini blizzard and instead of just giving it to me because the issue was on there end I ran out of time on my break and the blizzard was never offered to me to pay cash he just kept saying we can't help you. This is not how you keep customers coming back. I like free but I can afford to make a purchase I just figured since I earned the points I should use them."

"Went with my fiancé and our dog a couple minutes till closing and usually we try to avoid going close to closing time as being in the food industry before, I know it can kind be a pain when wrapping up but they took our order with grace and were so nice, the lady even gave our dog a pup cup without us even asking for one. Service is great and blizzards as well!"
