Pizza Hut,

"This was a $17 “pepperoni lovers pizza”. Also ordered garlic bread and then when we asked where it was the kitchen told her they didn’t have any. When we pointed out that this clearly wasn’t a pepperoni lovers pizza as one slice was cheese she said the she didn’t know what the kitchen was doing and she’d adjust the bill which she didn’t."

"Went to Pizza Hut for a quick dinner with my family and ordered via mobile app. The app advised it would be 10-15 minutes until the order would be ready forn pick up. We arrived roughly 3 minutes early. Upon entering, I waited nearly 5 minutes before being helped. I was advised that my order is not ready and is about to go in the oven and should only take 8 minutes. Young lady said, "We got busy" and walked away. I understood and sat and waited patiently. After 27 minutes of waiting, I attempted to get the attention of the young lady who helped me at the register. She came out and said it should only be a few more minutes. Not having a choice, I sat down again and waited an additional 14 minutes. After finally being handed my order, the young lady said, "sorry were out of cinnabons." Why wasn't this brought to my attention at the time of payment...41 minutes prior??? But wait, it gets better, we finally get home (all kids are asleep) and guess what...zero sauce for the bread sticks and one of the pizzas was completely wrong! Worst visit ever!!! Total time from purchase to pickup took 55-57 minutes. This will be my last visit to Pizza Hut as they all seem to be getting worse and worse."

"OK, it's a tired old PH location in need of a lot of TLC. First, the dress code for staff was non-existent. We were not sure who was a guest, who was an employee, and who just climbed out of bed in comfy pants. The lady that came to the cash was very helpful and friendly. In the end, the pizzas were good, and we were too hungry to care about the rest. I did notice that the majority of 'customers' were sitting in the booths awaiting takeout. Nobody was actually eating in while we were there."

"So I went there on a Friday night stood at the podium for several minutes before I initiated the conversation of hey do we just sit down or do we get situated by a host/server the found lady told me first you order then you can sit. I want to say 80% of the tables were not cleaned they didn’t have dishes but they were not wiped down. Well we sit down to wait the order was made fairly quickly but it was brought to me in a box and without plates now the young lady did bring us our drinks promptly. But there is no respect for the work environment here There is a lady with pink hair who I’m sure she been working all day but looks like she hasn’t brushed her hair in a few days Employees come and go as they please one was hanging out with her friends outside the pink haired lady and to keep searching for this employee I would have just fired her at the point of looking for her a second time A young black man with dress just sits in the back with AirPods on another gentleman had to come out and tell him to get to work that the kitchen was busy. But the pizza itself was fresh hot and very tasty so kudos on that But everything else was horrible"

"Ordered online, went to pickup the food after 25 mins. When I reached there, they pulled my order and then started preparing it. I had to wait for another 20-25 mins until the order was ready. But the food tasted better than the other Pizza huts I’ve been to."
