"Do not get tricked into thinking this is a good restaurant! These people do not take care of their many mistakes. There was metal shards in my food and my wife’s order was completely wrong. We tried to call but they were closed then the next day they wanted us to bring the food which was already thrown out back. We never asked for a refund so that was confusing but they got very defensive and rude as can be. I’ve been in service for decades and the way they handle theirs is just completely wrong to the customer."

"Shrimp in lobster sauce was horrible! When I went back inside to tell them how bad it was . Guy was very argumentative . They ended up giving me another dish but refused to issue a refund. Not recommended"

"Staff is very friendly! Food is always hot and very fresh! Have tried many other similar restaurants around the Apopka area and will always choose Chung Xiang as my go to for Chinese food!! I do wish I could order through DoorDash for delivery that's the only negative as they are pick up only."

"My experience here was fast and seamless although after eating my family got sick. 20-30 min after eating I had stomach pains and the rest is TMI. I called the restaurant immediately to notify them of me getting sick. At first they told me that they couldn’t do anything. After passing the phone to the manager he told me to come into the store to get their insurance policy number. I asked for the policy contact over the phone, as it is already an inconvenience to be sick. He said no, I should come fill out a form etc. I told him that I cannot return back to the store and he got defensive for me warning about the food. After speaking with the manager he got defensive and told me that there isn’t a problem with the food because he’s been eating there for 20+ years. I’m writing this comment to share my experience I believe there could have been a better solution. You have lost my business"
