"The staff was great, food was good and the restaurant was clean. Steak'n Shake has excellent food and shakes. This being said, Biglari has not done good for the brand, especially removing table service and porcelain plates and bowls and replacing them with touchscreens to order and disposable dishes. The diner feeling is gone, having lost it's atmosphere and because of this the food feels less wholesome. Gus Belt must be rolling in his grave. Hopefully some better investors than Biglari get a hold of the brand and brings it back on it's feet."

"Was here last week and had the best shakes I've tasted in years. Easy to order, service was fantastic and the staff were amazingly friendly and genuinely helpful."

"Not very friendly or accommodating staff. You have to order for the kiosk, and there is no option to order with a person. We had to cancel the order and start over, which was not helpful as we placed an order on the wrong kiosk. The person by the door was not very helpful as his response to everything was to point at the screen and state, " it is not my fault we can't do that." Another customer was nice enough to break my bill so I could pay as they do not take bills over $50. My tab came to $61, and I did not have a smaller bill. Thank goodness for a friendly customer who could help. The staff member was rude as well when I asked how to break the bill so I could pay as it was the only bill I had. I'm very disappointed with the service, but hopefully, they can turn it around."

"Food was delicious and value for your dollar is decent. We ordered 4 kids meal and 3 adult meals. Only suggestion would be that I should be able to visually tell the difference between an adult and kids burger - it was hard for us to see at first - we had to tell by toppings. Service was good! Manager came by a few times to check on us. I wasn’t sure how I felt by ordering through a kiosk, but after experiencing it, I feel it was just fine, PLUS we were greeted right away and let us know he was there if we had any questions. Overall, a very pleasing experience!"

"This place deserve to have over 4 start total reviews. People complain why it doesn’t have cashier and it’s all kiosk to order but it’s fine. Works properly and delivers the purpose. Food great. I ordered single cheese burger, with fries and milkshake. Nothing to complain. Very good. Staff are friendly. You usually interact with them only with the food is ready."
