"Living in Miami probably makes my opinion very biased, because I’m surrounded by some of the best Caribbean food in the United States. With that being said, I thought it was unacceptable that most of my food was barely warm, If not cold. My plantains were cold in the middle, and I ordered the fried chicken, which technically had some of the best breading I’ve ever tasted in my life, but the chicken wasn’t even warm. Now the rice and peas should be a centerpiece of any Jamaican restaurant, but I didn’t taste the coconut milk, the rice was mushy, and there was only like two peas in the whole dish. I love supporting local restaurants and went out of my way to try this small local establishment because I believe in supporting local, but I would be concerned about the food not being proper temperature. With that being said, I ate all of my food because I’ll eat anything, anywhere, any time and never seem to get sick but those with a delicate stomach should maybe be wary"

"Delicious tasting food. Rice and peas was excellent, the sauce was excellent, the fried chicken was perfect. The food portion was so large that it was more than enough for two people. The bread was crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside. And this restaurant is on door dash, so you can have it delivered. Highly recommend trying the food."
