Panera Bread

"I love Panera, however their prices are absolutely absurd. You pick 2 with drink is $20.33. I won’t be going back at these prices. I can eat at Ale House or Texas Roadhouse and have a steak dinner for this amount. Panera, you’re going to lose loyal customers at these prices!!!"

"Idiots!!!!! MULTIPLE TIMES over the course of 3 years, yes, 3 years, I have forgiven and had hope in some kind of change…. ; I have asked for extra meat on my Napa Salad sandwich (because they skimp on it). And every single time they do something different, other than my request. This time, they tried to charge me $10 and some change for extra meat!!!?! When I looked at them in complete surprise, they said “ok, I can make that $7”….. WHAT?!? for a side of extra meat? That was the last straw. Never going back there again."

"Wow! 2nd time they messed up the order and the salad missing 80% of the ingredients… you call this the Apple Fiji salad… more like lettuce and three tomato salad."

"What can I say. I've never had a bad experience at Panera Bread since they opened up their first restaurant in Orlando area. All their food is fresh as if you made it from scratch at home. I've never had anything there that I didn't enjoy. Awesome place to go for quality food for a decent price. Definitely blows all the fast food joints out of the water. There is no comparison for the price you pay."

"In the last two visits to this location, I have had drinks I ordered not given to me, and other items also missing. The last visit I made before I went back today, they forgot to give me the 2 drinks with my drive-thru order and they couldn't even process a refund from my order receipt number. I was told I either had to give my credit card over the phone or drive all the way back. Why would I give a stranger over the phone my credit card info?! Ridiculous! I drove all the way back that same day just to get a refund. Well, today I went to grab lunch, and my drink has black remnants of something floating in it!!! I'm not sure what needs to happen, but the cleanliness of the machines and food area needs to be reviewed. I won't be coming back here for a while because this is absolutely disgusting."
