"I don't normally have any issues with this location, but this time, they royally screwed up. I ordered online and it was "completed" through doordash, From the time the DD driver picked up the order, it should have been a max of 15 minutes to have the food delivered. I was tracking the driver with the link sent to me from DD and it showed the driver heading in the complete opposite direction from my house. I tried calling and texting the driver to get an update with no response. I eventually call HH to see if they can help in someway. The guy kept apologizing and not offering any type of recovery. He was not willing or attempting to offer anything. I get a text saying that the food was delivered, which it wasn't. So DD got hold of them to request a refund. They denied and offered a reorder. Hopefully it will be with one of their drivers and not DD. All I can say now is that they lost a loyal customer and I will not be ordering from them ever again."

"Worst Hungry Howie’s I’ve ever had. Pizza order was wrong. Delivery time 1.5 hours to my location which was 7.5 miles away! Cajun bread was disgusting! Pizza taste like cardboard..."

"Orderes a maui pizza online for delivery, receive a plain pizza, called them letting them know about the mistake they made, the put me on hold fot like 5 mins, a rude lady answered all she said was "i can't do anything about it, i go by my screen" ... really? Not even a sorry? That's how you treat your customers. As customer service this place is horrible. The way the talk to their customer is so improper and the tone of voice make everything worst. Never again order from this place"
