"Always a great experience at Maple Street biscuit company! I always order the squawking goat and this time I also ordered the sandwich which I forget the name of but is in the pictures. Both were incredible and a staff are always friendly. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible"

"Had the grits bowl and she had the Retro plate with smash browns. Took away one star because she didn't like the way her eggs were scrambled. Other than that, food was delicious, the jam for the biscuits was amazing, and she fell in love with the smash browns. Will definitely be back."

"Great location. Food was on point albeit the portions being smaller than expected. Staff were great with prompt service. The egg frittaffle, hot chicken biscuit, and fried green tomatoes were all delicious and well prepared. Highly recommend checking them out."

"Finally a breakfast place in Hamlin! They just opened yesterday but we came today to avoid the first day rush. The place is very cute, clean, and inviting. Very excited to bring guests to get breakfast here! Food: We ordered a few things. The Squawking Goat was so tasty! The goat cheese and the sauce really compliment the chicken. And the biscuits! Sooo moister and light. Retro biscuit with crispy chicken and spicy sauce was fire! The chicken was so crispy and satisfying. Fried green tomatoes was so crispy also. They used the same batter as the chicken. Overall, fantastic breakfast food! Service: A bit slower but under that they are brand new! The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. Value: Honestly very reasonably priced! Considering they make everything fresh I was surprised with the price here. Ambience: Spacious, nicely decorated and welcoming atmosphere. Crowd: We came around 7:15 today and there were already 3 tables already and 3 people in line. The wait time isn't too bad at all for a brand new place! Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot in front of the store."
