"Went to get an X-ray, the machine was down but they gave me the other locations and was very kind about it"

"I had an ultrasound today. I easily got an appointment the next day. Check in was fast and didn't have to wait too long. The ultrasound tech was super nice and explained what she was doing and seeing. My only complaint was the air-conditioning was freezing in the lobby."

"This facility was very good - immediate attention by front desk staff and was called back quickly for my MRI. Very roomy but private changing rooms, was treated with professional and proficient care for a very long 2-segment test. Was given headphones by kind imaging staff to wear for the loud test and they even asked me for a preferred musician I liked and they played on Spotify for me. 5-stars all around for this facility!"

"Terrible experience, they messed up on the scheduling the first time. After 5m later, the billing for UF health is terrible. I would avoid at all cost"

"This place took forever and the receptionist skipped me after 15 min. Of waiting in chairs and over several people then wanted to be rude about it and talk trash to her coworker and the other patients as if somehow she was in the right! VERY horrible customer service. Can’t say I would go back after this!"
