"The absolute worst Panda Express in the universe. They literally have no food even 1 full hour before closing. If you ask them to make more of something, they are unbelievably rude and yell at you. This is not a one night incident but part of their standard protocol. Don’t make any food and we’ll save money on food waste is their philosophy. WOW. I guess they don’t want any customers either. You don’t believe me, see the picture for yourself. They clear the large section of the buffet and have only a few grains of old stale rice . They did not even have enough food to fill a full box and hoped that I wouldn’t notice it’s only half filled. When I made a comment, the second lady employee came over to scold me. Rude and awful. Completely wasted my time and gas going out to winter garden village Panda Express. Please do not go until they care about us as their customers. I should have realized there was something up with this location when I drove in, half the lights were already off and the sign was turned off. Clearly they did NOT want anyone to notice they were there. What a way to run a business."

"Burnt. Burnt. Burnt. I don't know what happened to this location. They used to have great food and great service. The egg rolls were burnt, the Crab Rangoon was inedible, the Angus Steak was burnt, the Orange Chicken was burnt. The only life saver were the noodles, which were great. I don't know if the temperature on their bain is not working or too high but it seems like anything touching the bottom of the pan is burning."

"I would give this place no stars if I could . This panda literally does whatever they want , they close whenever they want , they stop cooking food at 8:30pm when they close at 9:30pm ! I went there today at 8:30pm and almost every bowl was empty & there telling people sorry we’re out . I only wanted orange chicken and by the time the ONE employee was able to take my order they ran out of chicken. I waited literally 15 mins for him to even take my order ! So then they decide to drop it & I waited another 20 mins. All for them to give me a Lg orange chicken only filled half way for $12.00 , It’s just always a horrible experience at this place . Also they don’t answer the phone . Do better panda !!!!"

"This location was busy when we visited, but thankfully, we ordered nearly 15-20 minutes ahead. After arriving, we were notified that it was ready but still didn't see it in the mobile section. We stood there for a few minutes near the mobile section and cashier and still weren't even acknowledged. Eventually, we were able to get it in between line orders coming through, which was fine. The teriyaki chicken was okay, but had a lot of gristle. The size of the container for the price often doesn't feel worth it either, and we regretted not just going to another place to eat."
